Data you create

Events, notes, dates, repeat rules, widget preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. DatePin does not sync this app data to a server and does not require an account.

Purchases and device identifier

DatePin uses StoreKit for subscriptions and lifetime unlocks. To validate purchases and keep purchase status consistent across reinstallations and devices, the app stores a random device identifier in iCloud Keychain and sends it with the app bundle identifier and transaction identifiers to our purchase validation service.

Activity statistics

On app launch, DatePin may send the random device identifier and app bundle identifier to record app activity. This is used to understand active installs and does not include your event titles or dates.

Notifications and widgets

Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Lock screen widgets read a small local snapshot of the events you choose to show on the lock screen.

Third parties

Apple processes App Store purchases, iCloud Keychain, notifications, and widgets according to Apple's terms and privacy policies. DatePin does not sell personal data.
